I'm Brad Hook and I'll be doing your survey. I've always had an interest in how things are built and the unique way that we feel about our homes.
I'm very proud to be a Chartered Surveyor and to belong to the world's leading property profession. I serve on the UK Building Surveying Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also on its editorial panel for technical journals as well as various other advisory panels. I also sit on the National House Building Council, which is the leading standard setting body for new homes in the UK.
I qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1992 and was fortunate enough to be elected a Fellow in 2014 and I've been lucky enough to work across many sectors within property and construction and gain some tremendous experience.
My main aim now is to help you easily understand your survey so you know exactly what you are buying.
Our firm is Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors which means that we maintain the highest levels of professionalism.
